About Us

Spanishways was originally set up as a rental website for people looking for a villa or apartment in the La Marina area to rent either for holidays, house hunting or while waiting to complete on a property they had purchased. It soon became apparent from the numerous stories that were told to us by people wanting to rent for months while their property was built that something was very wrong with the way that they were being treated once they had signed the contract on a property.

After helping numerous couples with their problems and referring others to reputable estate agents in the area it was suggested by some of them that we could provide a better service to people wanting to buy property in Spain by being honest and helping to sort out problems that they might encounter whilst making the move to Spain.

What you see on this website is the result of the early feedback that we had from both rental clients and those looking to buy property and while we cannot claim to be infallible we will always be honest and let clients know of any delays or problems that may arise during build if they are buying a new property. To this end we have set up an agreement with a number of likeminded businesses in various locations on the Costa Blanca and Murcia region in order for you to get first hand knowledge from people living and working in the area that you wish to buy along with the same business ethic of honesty, integrity, customer care and value for money.

All new build property listed on the website are fully legal with all licenses and permissions and we always advise you to employ the services of an independent solicitor to check any contract of sale before signing and to act in your interests during the purchase.

There are no third party commissions added to the price of any properties on this website, only the original agent's commission. We want you to pay the lowest price and not find out at a later date that it could have been brought for less.

Everyone is different and so are their requirements when it comes to a property of their dreams. We treat everyone individually and all property viewings are on a one to one basis, but most importantly we will listen when you tell us what your dream is.

We will endeavour to help you with any problems or queries you may have on any aspect of purchasing a property or moving to Spain. From obtaining your NIE number, buying or bringing a car to Spain or applying for a telephone, we will be there to help and advise.

By sticking to these principles we believe that if you buy a property through us a lot of the stress and worry can be taken away thereby leaving you to enjoy planning your move and looking forward to it happening. You are also more likely to refer us to other family members or friends contemplating purchasing in Spain.

If after all the above you take possession of your new home for permanent living or for holidays and enjoy it knowing that you have made the right choice; then, and only then have we done our job correctly.
