La Loma Resort

La Loma Resort is located in the Banos y Mendigo area, 10 minutes from the Mar Menor and just 15 minutes from the provincial capital, Murcia. Designed by the renowned Mexican architect Jose de Yturbe there will be just 470 properties built over an area of 525,000m². Among the facilities will be a par 3 academy golf course by Nicklaus Design, a sports centre and a town centre with guitar shaped plaza that will host a variety of shops, bars and restaurants.
